KIP Insights - Corporate Video Editing
I have been working as a Multimedia Editor for KIP America since Summer ‘24. While here I quickly adapted to the editing style, became knowledgeable of the Wide-Format industry within days, taught myself how to 3D model and animate in Blender within weeks, helped with shooting and edited 23 out of 24 projects that have been published since my employment, established better file organization, and helped push the Company’s style to reflect a more modern age.
KIP Insights is an educational video series on YouTube and our website, aimed at teaching our end-users some of the benefits of our Virtual Showroom Platform, as well as the quality support our team is able to provide our clients and partners. Since we don’t directly sell to consumers, KIP Insights serves as a tool to the dealers who sell our systems as well; so we can be transparent and feel more like a friend than a salesman to our customers and dealers.
KIP Connect (Customer & Dealer Facing)
This is our initiative last fall to push KIP Connect, which allows for easy meter readings for toner and paper from your phone or PC, and sets up automatic communication/delivery between you and your suppliers when you’re running low. I helped shoot and did all the editing for both dealer and customer facing videos, but only the customer-facing one was released. Vertical Markets - Manufacturing

KIP 71 G Series
My first product shoot for KIP, I helped choose most shots and managed editing for this updated product video for the 71 G Series, one of our best-selling machines. Sourced all stock images and clips, managed editing for entire project. Another important market for wide-format printers is Utilities. Specifically, utilities companies will often need layouts of land, and large aerial maps so they can better figure out where best to lay their operations and etc.
KIP 900 C Series - 3D Model
On short notice, I was able to help make a 3D model of our 900 C Series machine within 2-3 work days. I’m glad that my 3D animation skills have been able to help add production value to our videos, and even added to the main website of KIP, on the North America landing page! Importance of Color
Our company has the only color-toner system in North America, and we like to stress the important benefits our system is able to offer over other competitors.
An editing project that wasn’t published, but was my first assignment. I completed it within 3 days, while also learning the ropes of how we run live cameras/transitions for product demos and trainings.
