Monthly Informational Live Event

for Corporate Clients

Premise: Every month, we run a live session where our presenters, in front of a green screen, give an informational class on a trending topic in the Wide-Format Printing industry. First, they give a short live intro, and then we transition smoothly to a pre-recorded and edited package. After the package, we move onto a live recap and Q&A section, where our presenters will answer questions from our Corporate Clients.

My Impact: Over time, the Advantage Package has changed dramatically in style, largely due to my influence. When I arrived, the old borders used during the live portions were all the same across every session and blocked text from being visible; even during the package portions. Not only has my new borders allowed for more space in the package, they are more visually appealing than the old borders that were used; helping increase attendance and participation.

Duties:

• Shooting and Editing 5-10 minute pre-recorded sections

• Setting up camera and lights for live green-screen intro and outro

• Running camera angles and titles/graphics through Stream-deck

• Streaming Software: Stream-deck -> Companion -> VMIX

• Ensuring seamless video transitions and audio mixing
